2024 FIATA Statutory General Meeting - Voting delegates registration form

Dear Association member,

In order to assist in the 2024 virtual Statutory General Meeting, it is requested that each Association member appoints one (1) voting delegate who will hold four (4) votes. The voting delegate must register to vote at the 2024 SGM via this form. If your Association would like to appoint more than one (1) voting delegate (maximum of four (4) per Association), please directly contact gm@fiata.org before 20 June to indicate for each appointed voting delegate, its full name, the number of assigned vote(s), email address and 4-digit code. We remind you that each Association is entitled to four (4) votes as per Article 5.2.9 of FIATA Statutes.

The deadline to register to vote at the Statutory General Meeting is Thursday 20 June 2024.

In this form, the voting delegate will be asked to provide the following voting credentials:
-its last name,
-its email address
-and a 4-digit code of its choice,

These credentials will be required to connect to the voting platform on the Statutory General Meeting day.

Voting delegates will be reminded of their voting credentials via email in the week before the Statutory General Meeting.

Should Association members not be able to attend this virtual Statutory General Meeting, they have until Thursday 20 June to appoint a proxy by indicating so through this registration form.
