2023 FIATA Statutory General Meeting - Voting delegates registration form

Dear Association member ,

To assist in the 2023 virtual Statutory General Meeting, it is requested that each Association member appoints ONE voting delegate. The voting delegate must register to vote at the 2023 SGM via this form.

The deadline to register to vote at the Statutory General Meeting is Thursday 22 June 2023.

In this form, the voting delegate will be asked to provide the following voting credentials:
-its last name,
-its email address
-and a 4-digit code of its choice,

These credentials will be required to connect to the voting platform on the Statutory General Meeting day.

Voting delegates will be reminded of their voting credentials via email in the weeks before the Statutory General Meeting.

Should Association members not be able to attend this virtual Statutory General Meeting, they have until Tuesday 20 June to appoint a proxy (another Association member), through this registration form also.
