2023 FIATA interview request regarding the AEO certification

FIATA, in collaboration with IATA, conducted a survey to better understand FIATA members’ participation in AEO programmes in October 2022. FIATA would like to continue with a more in-depth research project, to assess the effectiveness of AEO certification and associated benefits. The AEO certified and not certified delegates are invited to participate.

FIATA is looking forward to having a global representation of the responders: Europe, Latin America, North America, Region Asia-Pacific, and the Middle East.
