2023 FIATA Electoral General Meeting - Voting delegates registration form

Dear Association Member,

To assist in the 2023 hybrid Electoral General Meeting (EGM), it is requested that each Association member appoints ONE voting delegate. The voting delegate must register to vote at the 2023 EGM via this form.

The deadline to register to vote at the Electoral General Meeting is Friday 22 September 2023.

In this form, the voting delegate will be asked to provide the following voting credentials:
-Their last name,
-Their email address
-and a 4-digit code of their choice,

These credentials will be required to connect to the voting platform on the Electoral General Meeting day.

Voting delegates will be reminded of their voting credentials via email in the week before the Electoral General Meeting.

Should Association members not be able to attend this hybrid Electoral General Meeting either physically or virtually, they have until Wednesday, 20 September 2023 to appoint a proxy by indicating so through this registration form.

Please note that this form is valid for both in-person and virtual participation. Virtual participants should register additionally via the Teams link shared in the Call of Meeting.
